Explanation of Different Odds Formats:
Traditional UK Fractional odds do not include the stake, which is also returned.
Decimal (European and often internet, especially betting exchanges) odds include the stake.
American odds:
Positive (equivalent to evens [2.0] and over) - represents the amount won from a $100 stake.
Negative (equivalent to odds on [1.01 to 1.99] - represents the stake required to win $100.
